Hot flushes can be stressful, untimely and just plain annoying. Hot flushes can happen to anyone, not just women going through menopause. Certain health conditions can cause flushes to anyone of any age and any

 

Lets say your at work, in the middle of an important meeting and you feel a hot flush taking over your body. This used to happen to me before i learned this trick and as you probably know, the mere thought of thinking your getting a hot flush can be stressful. Before i learned this trick i would have to make an excuse and leave the room. Although that was not always possible. People would look at me and most likely wonder “why has she gone bright red” or “why does Roxy have sweat running down her face even though the room is cool and comfortable?”  I would feel uncomfortable, stressed out, anxious, embarrassed and even depressed! This went on for more then a year. That is until i learned this simple but VERY effective trick.

You will kick yourself at how simple this is

Seriously people you will not believe just  how quick, simple and discreet this little trick is. So if you want to take back control of your life and mental state as i did then just keep reading. This trick will not only control your hot flushes , try this when you are stressed out, feeling anxious or in a situation where you feel you want the ground to swallow you up.

So here goes…

  1. Take a fairly deep breath and hold it for a second, then slowly exhale. in though the nose and out of the mouth.
  2. Repeat step 1 about 8-10 times, or for about 20 seconds.
  3. If you have started to feel dizzy before you have completed the above then just move onto the next part. We don’t want you to pass out for heavens sake!
  4. After you have done the first steps, start to breathe normal for 10-15 seconds.
  5. Now, start  breathing deep, but exhale as soon as you have breathed all the way in. Again in through the nose and out of the mouth.
  6. Keep doing this for around 30 seconds or until you feel your flushes or feeling of stress has dissipated.
  7. If you still feel the same then just keep doing steps 5 & 6 for another 30 seconds.
